gTalk HotDial is a mobile application for gTalk^® customers to make calls directly from their iPhone or Android cell phones without dialing any access number.

gTalk HotDial app can be used on your Android Mobile or iPhone. To download and install the app to your phone, visit Google Play Store (play.google.com) or Apple iTunes Store (www.itunes.com/apps) and search for 'gTalk HotDial' or 'gTalk Pinless'. You can also download gTalk HotDial from your mobile phone's browser by visiting http://m.gtalk.us. Once the app is downloaded in your cell phone, login the app to be able to use it. You do not need to log in for subsequent use of the app as your cell phone will auto log in. You may make calls by using Hot Numbers or by using the soft dial pad visible on the screen.

After logging in the app, you can see your Hot Number list as you had set earlier. You may SET new hot numbers to that list using the app. To make a call, tap on any of the hot numbers and then tap on the green call icon at the right of the hot number list.

This is a great new feature for gTalk^® customers. By default all 40 hot numbers from the 'Account Phone Number' is shared with the other 5 registered numbers. Now you may enter 6 individual sets of Hot Numbers for 6 registered phone numbers. So each of the 6 registered numbers can now have their own set of 40 Hot Number list independent of each other. The Hot Numbers specific or private to a registered number will show a 'P' icon to identify these as private to that specific registered number.

To edit an existing hot number, long press/tap and hold on that specific hot number to get the pop up menu with 'Edit' and 'Delete' options. Tap on 'Edit' option to bring up the hot number edit page.

You can sort the hot numbers by tapping on 'Sl.' or 'Name' at the top of the hot number list.

Tap on 'Refresh hot number' from the hot number menu to bring updated hot number list from the gTalk server for your account.

Tapping on the contacts tab will bring up the entire list contacts from your phone's directory. Select any of the preferred contacts to will bring that number to the dial pad and from there you can make call to that specific number.

Recharging your gTalk account is easy with this app. Just tap on 'Recharge' from the menu and you will be able to recharge your own account through gTalk web site.

You can check the current balance in your gTalk account any time by tapping on 'Balance' from the menu.

gTalk^® customers can call to customer service 24/7 for any assistance or query and now you can do that by just tapping on 'Customer Care' from the menu.

Tap on 'LogOut' option from the menu to log out from gTalk HotDial app. You must login to use the app again.
