Q 04. Will I be able to use gTalk®Pinless package servicesfrom all my registered phone numbers with my gTalk®pinless account?
No, the number of registered phone numbers from which a particular gTalk Pinless package can be used is specified for that package and is clearly mentioned at the time of purchase of the package. You as a gTalk account holder will have to select the registered phone number(s) at the time of purchase of a package deal. The number(s) once selected cannot be changed during the validity of the package.

Q 06. . Can I purchase and enjoy more than one simultaneously active gTalk Pinless package deals?
Yes, you are free to buy and enjoy as many gTalk Pinless service packages as you want.
Q 07. Can I avail gTalk package service using gTalk toll free access number?
No, toll free access numbers cannot be used to avail any gTalk package service. Calls made using toll free access number will always and exclusively be charged to your credit balance available with gTalk Pinless account.
Q 08.What happens if gTalk Pinless package(s) purchased earlier is still valid/active but the credit balance in my gTalk Pinless account has reduced to below £0.25 ( 25 p) ?
You MUST have at least £0.25 ( 25 p ) credit balance in your gTalk Pinless account to be able to continue using an active/valid service package deal. If the credit balance falls below £0.25 ( 25p ) you will need to recharge your gTalk Pinless account to continue using the package service that is still valid.
Q 09. Can I use gTalk Pinless package minutes while making calls through gTalk Global App?
No, you cannot. Any call made using gTalk Global App will ALWAYS and exclusively be charged to your credit balance available with gTalk Pinless account (even though you have call minutes to the called destination under an active package deal).
Q 10.I have an active gTalk Pinless package but I am unable to make call to a destination covered by the package service. Why?
There could be two reasons for this (i) the callable balance in your package concerned has reduced to 2 minutes or less, or (ii) credit balance in your gTalk Pinless account has dropped to £0.25 (25 p) (you need to recharge).
Q 11. Why some of my calls to destinations covered by package deal (still active in my account) have been charged from by credit balance instead from my package deal?
There could be three reasons for this (i) calls were made from non-designated registered phone number, or (ii) calls made using gTalk toll free access number, or (iii) calls made using gTalk Global App.
Q 12. Is it a requirement that the designated telephone number associated to a package deal must remain a registered telephone number in my gTalk Pinless account?
Yes. only registered phone number(s) of your gTalk Pinless account can be designated to a package deal at the time of its purchase. Also the package can only be used so long the designated phone number remains a registered phone number in your account.
Q 13. Is the gTalk Pinless package deal purchase and usage administered transparently?
Absolutely. gTalk Pinless has gone to great lengths in administering the package deals transparently.
